Block booking of 5, £275** (£55 per session)
Block booking of 10, £500** (£50 per session)
Block booking of 15, £675** (£45 per session)
Block booking of 20, £800** (£40 per session)
Payable by Direct Debit, gives you 2-3 sessions a week
2 sessions a week, £320 per month (£40 per session)
3 sessions a week, £420 per month (£35 per session)
Block booking of 5, £35 per person per session**
Block booking of 10, £30 per person per session**
Online Training Package
Monthly training package with online assessment (via Skype), weekly Skype consultation and nutritional advice: £120 per Calendar Month
For Block Booking Packages (including Buddy Training):
5 sessions must be taken within a 4 week period
10 sessions must be taken within a 6 week period
15 sessions must be taken within a 10 week period
20 sessions must be taken within a 12 week period
** Fitness Assessment and Posture Analysis is offered prior to commencement of your block booking package; please contact Keith to arrange your appointment.
Free fitness assessment available only at YMCA North London. Home assessments will incur a £15 charge.
Buddy Training: all sessions must be taken together; if any partner gives less than 24 hours notice of cancellation they will lose that session.
A session cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the start time to avoid losing the session.
The above prices are for YOURCORE personal training. CORPCORE prices reflect the bespoke nature of our offering, though a free ‘taster session’ can be included to help you decide if Keith is the right trainer for your organisation; please talk to Keith for more information.
