After a long career in the photographic industry, I decided to make my passion for fitness my work. I have been training on a regular basis for over 30 years and I pride myself on my ability to achieve results quickly with people that have different goals. I keep up-to-date with training trends, currently favouring the TRX suspension system, TRX Rip Trainer, Kettlebells, Thai Fit Training and Pilates.
