Keith Elliott is an experienced Reps Qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Rehabilitation and Wellness Coach with a pilates-based, holistic approach that not only strengthens and tunes the body but also helps develop a sense of overall wellbeing.
Keith believes that our natural state is to be happy, and that everyone deserves to live pain free and feel well. He works with you to restore your body to its natural state of strength, balance and wellness. Even though some physical conditions may be irreversible, our muscles can be trained to support the condition and thus help us to feel less pain. The Functional Training Method Keith teaches adapts exercises to individual needs to improve the daily functions of the body and give an enhanced quality of life for those who practise it. It improves physical abilities such as strength, speed, endurance, agility, mobility, stability, flexibility and balance, and helps with postural correction.
The advantage is that it does not require complex machines, but can be practised with much simpler equipment like Body Weights, Medicine Balls, Kettlebells, and TRX. Effective, challenging, enjoyable and accessible to everyone!
