We build bespoke office-based exercise programmes from our range of core fitness, high intensity, Pilates, and stretch and relaxation classes. Our classes will be held in a suitable space at your premises, last between 30 and 60 minutes, are perfect for all levels of fitness and can be tailored to the specific needs of different employee groups or working environments.

Sample classes (to give you an idea of the possibilities)
Core Fitness: Duration 30-45 minutes
A unique combination of bodyweight exercises give a full body workout, to improve muscular strength, tone, and definition. All major muscle groups will be worked. Improves fitness and burns off a few extra calories.
Pilates: Duration 45-60 minutes
Perfect at lunch time, to recharge the body and mind for the afternoon. Or for after work, to help realign the posture after a day spent sat at a desk! Includes a series of mat-based Pilates exercises to strengthen and stretch the entire body.
Improves and develops core strength, balance and coordination. Helps the body stay injury free following day to day activities.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): Duration 30 minutes
Not for the faint hearted! A system of organising cardio-respiratory training. It calls for repeated bouts of short duration, high-intensity exercise intervals intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery. Benefits can include:
- Improved endurance for more energy and vitality
- Reduced resting heart rate
- Improved coordination and mental agility
- Strengthened neuromuscular connection
Stretch and Relax: Duration 30-45 minutes
A holistic approach using various breathing techniques and exercises especially known to:
- Improve flexibility
- Correct muscle imbalance
- Realign posture
- Enhance joint and muscle mobility
- Reduce fatigue
- Eliminate joint and muscle pains
- Lower blood pressure
