The Functional Training Method Keith teaches adapts exercises to individual needs to improve the daily functions of the body and give an enhanced quality of life for those who practise it. It improves physical abilities such as strength, speed, endurance, agility, mobility, stability, flexibility and balance, and helps with postural correction.

The advantage is that it does not require complex machines, but can be practised with much simpler equipment like Body Weights, Medicine Balls, Kettlebells, and TRX. Effective, challenging, enjoyable and accessible to everyone!
